    16oz Pork tenderloin
    3 med potatoes, chopped
    1/2 med onion, chopped
    1 Tbs olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    herbs to taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix oil, herbs, and salt and coat loin, potatoes and onions. Bake for 40 min or until loin is cooked.
