    1 package Egg Noodles (324 grams)
    12 ounces bacon
    250 grams sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic
    1 375g can evaporated milk
    1.5 cups (250 grams) frozen peas


Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Over high heat:
Cook bacon for 4 minutes, then add mushrooms and garlic and fry for another 5 minutes or so.
Add the evaporate milk and simmer until it reduces slightly (5-10 minutes)
Toss with the pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Makes approximately 7 servings
