    1 package of Italian seasoed ground turkey
    1 box ( 14 oz) of whole wheat penne
    1 whole jar ( 24 oz) of tomato sauce
    2 cups of part skim ricotta
    1 cup of part skim shredded mozzarella


Brown turkey meat in pan, when cooked through, add tomato sauce and simmer on low. Cook pasta per instructions on box. When pasta is cooked and drained, mix with meat sauce and add ricota and mix well. Spread mixture in a 9x13 pan and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
