    1 box whole wheat rotini
    2 cups shredded carrots
    1 whole green bell pepper, chopped
    1 can evaporated milk, 1% low fat
    1/3 c cider vinegar
    1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 pint hellmann's light mayo


Cook rotini per package directions, drain, run under cold water and drain.
Pour cooled rotini into large pot or bowl.
mix in all ingredients and stir well.
cover and refrigerate
let sit over night, stirring occasionally.
makes at least 24 servings maybe more
