    1-1.5 lbs. boneless country-style pork loin ribs
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 jar (10.75 oz.) Wild Thymes Indonesian Peanut Sesame dipping sauce


serves 4-6; cook rice at same time to serve pork over.

Cut pork strips crosswise into 1-inch cubes & season with salt & pepper

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork cubes; cook 6-8 minutes, scooping and turning frequently, until browned and crusty. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour sauce over pork. Stir and scrape bottom of pan to loosen and combine any browned bits; simmer 3-5 more minutes or until pork is done. Stir occasionally.

Remove skillet from heat and cover until ready to serve.
