Number of Servings: 6


    1 can tuna in water (drained)
    1 can baby shrimp (drained)
    2 green onions
    2 eggs
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    approx 3 tblsp olive oil
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs


Combine tuna, shrimp, eggs, bread crumbs and cheeses.

Chop Onions and bell pepper and add to tuna mixture.

Chill mixture in refrigerator at least one hour. Form into 6 patties.

Spray nonstick skillet with pan spray.
"fry" each patty in skillet until golden brown on each side.
Re-spray skillet if needed when turing patties.

Makes approx 6 patties.
