Ingredients

    1 can madarine oranges undrained
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 cups uncooked brown instan rice
    1/2 c light asian sesame dressing
    1/2 c sliced Green onions
    1 can (8oz) sliced water chestnus
    1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

Directions

Drain oranges reserving liquid add enough water to make 2 cups stir in ginger
Prepare rice as directed on package, using 2 cups of orange liquid for water
sautee 1 lb chicken breast chopped in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray unitl lightly browned
Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through, stir in rice and serve. Or refrigerate for several hours and serve chilled or in lettuce roll ups.
