    5 6-in corn on cob
    2 medium zucchini cut into 1/2 in dice
    1 medium orange pepper, cut into 1/2 in dice
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    6 fresh basil leaves, shredded
    1 pat butter


Cut corn off cobs and put into mixing bowl. Dice pepper (red or orange) into 1/2 inch dice. Same with zucchini--cut out seedy centers. Add both the corn and stir to combine. Add oil to saute pan and add crushed garlic cloves. Do not let color. Add vegetables and saute until tender, but not soft. Stir in chopped basil leaves and butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Serves 5
