This recipe is incredibly easy; it was a concoction of food left in my refrigerator I needed to use before the expiration. Makes lots of leftovers! Ingredients

1 Package Dry Spinach Fettucine
1 Package Jennie-O Hot Turkey Sausage, chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 each red, yellow, green peppers, coarsely chopped
1 bunch fresh asparagus chopped in 1" pieces
6 fl. oz. red wine
salt/peper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in deep skillet, cook sausage over medium high heat until no pink remains. Drain fat. Add all vegetables, red wine, and desired amount of salt and pepper to taste. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 10 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
Serve vegetable mixture over pasta, and enjoy!
Makes 8-10 servings.
