    125g or 1/2 a block of 72% dark chocolate.
    about 5 T of pouring cream (whipping cream)


Ices a cake - about 12 servings.

Melt chocolate. Slowly pour cream into warm melted chocolate beating carefully until is rich beautiful icing for a cake. Be careful not to beat too much. Will always impress!
