Ingredients

    1 Bag pork rinds
    3/4 cup mozarella cheese
    3 eggs
    .25 parmesan cheese
    24 slices pepporoni
    .25 cup low carb sauce

Directions

Crush pork rinds to a bread crumd consistency and combine with .25 cup parmesan and 1/2 cup mozarella cheese mix well, then add 3 beaten eggs to mixture. Pour this mixture into a greased pie plate and spread evenly even up the side of the plate, and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool. Put the pepperoni's, sauce, and cheese on top of crust and bake for 10 to 15 minutes untl cheese is melted and starting to turn golden.

    FABULOUS . . . I like it better with ground beef rather than pepperoni: but that's just a personal taste thing and this is just great. Imagine pizza that helps rather than ruins my waistline. Thanks for sharing.

    Haven't tried it yet but sounds great! The best way to cut some calories and fat is to use low fat mozzarella, egg beaters and turkey pepperoni. Looking forward to making this! Thanks for the recipe. - 4/8/08

    I saw a lot of negative comments on this pizza. However, what I plan to do is make modifications to the pizza with veggies on top and other modification as using egg whites instead of the whole egg. I will leave another comment on my results. Sometimes a recipe just needs adjusted. - 12/2/09

    for the bad comments on saying that pork rhines...This is a low carb recipe and the pork rhines have ZERO net carbs...great to me - 10/22/09
