    1/2 c. Whole Grain rolled oats (oatmeal)
    3/4 c. Light Silk Soy Milk, Low Fat, Vanilla
    1 T.Chia seeds
    1 T. flax meal
    1 T. Almond Butter
    1 Banana, sliced (medium 7"-8")


Mix oats, milk, chia seeds and flax meal together in a container with a lid. Place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to eat, mix in almond butter and banana.
