    1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1/4 low fat mayo
    2 T chopped flat leaf parsley
    1 T chives, chopped
    3 T green onions, chopped
    3 T white wine vinnegar
    2 t anchovy paste
    1 t fresh tarragon (less if dried)
    1/4 fresh ground blk pepper
    1/8 t salt
    1 clove fresh garlic, minced


makes 4 1/4- cup sevings
mince the garlic chives green onions parsley in the food processor add the other ingredients and blend. refrigerate at least an hour.
