Ingredients

    1 lb. Ziti pasta
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 - 26 oz jars pasta sauce
    6 oz. sliced provolone
    8 oz. non-fat sour cream
    6 oz. shredded mozzarella
    2 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add ziti and cook al dente (8 min.); drain. In a large skillet, brown onion over medium heat; add green pepper. Add pasta sauce and simmer 15 min. Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray a 9X13 baking dish and layer as follows: 1/2 of the ziti, provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 of sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella, and remaining sauce mixture. Top with grated parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Makes 10 servings.
