Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup uncooked penne
    4 tsp butter
    4 tsp flour
    1 cup milk
    2 cups shredded cheddar
    4 tsp taco seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt
    2/3 cup frozen corn
    2/3 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 cup (4oz) green chilies

Directions

cook pasta. in Large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour till smooth; gradually add milk and bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or till thickened.

Reduce heat to medium; stir in cheese, taco seasoning & salt; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or till cheese melts;

drain pasta; stir in cheese sauce. cook and stir 3 minutes till heated thru.

stir in corn, tomatoes & chilies just till combined.
