    14 oz. Hodgson Mill whole wheat elbow macaroni
    11 oz. Velveeta cheese product
    1 c. skim milk
    1 T. Parkay buttery spray


Prepare elbows according to box directions. Drain. Add milk, buttery spray, and velveeta cheese, cut into slices or chunks, and stir over low heat until melted.
