    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .75 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    Eating Right Quick Oats, 30 gram(s)
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Post 100% Bran Cereal, 0.25 cup
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Heinz Strained Prunes (128 ml)
    Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Mix dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Stir together until moistened.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 mins.
Makes 12 muffins
Also freezes well
Can substitute craisins, walnuts or dates instead of raisins
Can substitute Brown Sugar Splenda for Brown Sugar (make sure you adjust the calorie count)
