    93/7 Ground Beef
    Light, No Sugar Added Pasta Sauce 1 3-cup jar (add splenda for sweeter sauce without carbs)
    36 - Jumbo Pasta Shells
    Fat-Free Ricotta Cheese
    Part Skim Mozzerella Cheese
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk
    Cooking Spray
    Spices to your taste - I use Onion Salt, Garlic and Black Pepper, and Italian Spice Mix.


Boil Jumbo Shells as directed on package.

While Shells are boiling, place ground beef in sauce pan and brown.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine Ricotta Cheese, Mozzerella Cheese, Milk, and spices with spoon. This mixture will appear dry and lumpy.

Once shells have boiled to desired doneness, drain, rinse, and allow them to cool.

When ground beef has finished cooking, drain, rinse and return to sauce pan and add pasta sauce. Mix until meat is well covered. No additional cooking is required.

Preheat oven to 425. Spray 9x12 baking dish with cooking spray. Stuff shells with cheese mixture laying them open end up in the pan. They can touch each other in the pan, so don't worry about squeezing them all in there. Pour meat and sauce mixture over shells and cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. The cheese mixture gets VERY hot.
