    2 outer leaves of romaine, green leaf, or red leaf lettuce
    1/2 a lg scallion chopped
    2oz lean, smoked ham lunch meat
    1/2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
    1/4 avocado, in 4 slices
    1/4 red or yellow bell pepper, in 4 slices


lay lettuce leaves out flat, side by side. Sprinkle half of the scallion down the center of each leaf. Layer the remaining ingredients in order (ham, ranch, avocado, pepper). Roll-up from the sides, secure each wrap with 2 tooth picks, cut in half.

Makes 1, 2 wrap serving
