Introduction

This tastes really great on Chicken Cordon Bleu. We also use it to put on our mashed potatoes. This tastes really great on Chicken Cordon Bleu. We also use it to put on our mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

    3/4 c. Chicken Broth
    2 T. Cornstarch
    1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 t. chicken boullion

Directions

Bring Chicken Broth to a boil; then lower temperture to a medium temp. Mix cornstarch with the Heavy 'Whipping Cream. The slowly add Whipping Cream to the Chicken Broth. Stirr often until it has thickened. (Depending on how thick or thin you want it...you may want to add more Whipping Cream. But, this was the right consistency for me.)
