This is a low-fat filling for tastada shells or chips This is a low-fat filling for tastada shells or chips
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 C. Cooked lentils & onions
    1 C. Brown rice cooked
    1/2 c. tomatoes
    Season to tast using crushed peppers, tumeric basil & cumin.
    One chicken breast cooked

Directions

Combine all ingredients and put 1/3 cup on to tastata shell.

    It is in with the taco shells. It is like a flat taco shell. Wonderful! You can also use soft taco shells.
