Ingredients

    La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla, 8 serving
    Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, 1 cup
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Ortega Enchilada Sauce, 8 serving
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded

Directions

Brown turkey, drain and add seasoning packet and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 5 mins.
Divide refried beans down the middle of each tortilla.
Divide turkey mix on top of beans on each tortilla.
Roll tortillas and place snuggly into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with half the cheese.
Top with all of the enchilada sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbling.
