If you love herbed cream cheese, this is your ideal side dish. If you love herbed cream cheese, this is your ideal side dish.
Number of Servings: 2


    Friendship Farmers Cheese - 3.5 oz
    Spinach, fresh - 2 cups
    onion - 1/2
    Garlic Salt - 1 tsp
    Cheddar Cheese - 0.5 oz
    Garlic - 1 clove minced
    Dill weed, dried - 0.25 tsp
    Parsley, dried - 0.25 tsp
    Basil - .25 tsp
    Thyme, ground - 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black - 0.25 tsp
    Oregano, ground - 0.5 tsp


Boil onion and spinach in a large pot until wilted (up to 10 minutes). Remove and drain - get it as dry as possible.

Chop the spinach 1 tbs of the onion.

Flake the cheese in a medium bowl using a fork; stir in all other ingredients until thoroughly combined.

You can serve slightly warm or chilled.

note: If you're not a big garlic fan, forgo the clove of garlic or use regular salt instead of garlic salt.Serve as a side or a spread.
