    Mann's Broccoli Slaw, 12 0z package
    1/4 cup golden raisins
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 tbsp rice vinegar, or malt vinegar
    1 tsp salt


Mix all ingredients and let chill for about 30 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings as a side dish. Can also be used for fish tacos or as a condiment on sandwiches.

    I'm can't wait to try it. I have a similar recipe but this is simpler and I think I would like it better. I don't like raisins so will probably use craisins - or maybe some nuts or sunflower seeds. - 8/27/10

    Craisins would be great - so would some seeds or nuts. I think chopped apple or pineapple would be good, too. I just really like the broccoli slaw mix that I can buy at the store, and wanted to try a non-creamy dressing for it.
