    Belladoro Gnocchi Potato Dumplings (1serv=17 pcs=100 gr dry), 5 serving

    *Flour, white, .125 cup

    Milk, 2%, 4 cup

    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup

    *chicken stock (homemade), 5 cup

    *Butter - I Can''t Believe It''s Not Butter!, 3 tbsp

    Carrots, cooked, 5 carrot


Take a whole 4 lb chicken and season Liberally with what ever seasoning you would Like I used a rub of Chicken Base, Mrs Dash, and a Aldi's Pizza Grinder.

Add water to bottom of pressure cooker along with the heart and gizzard and carrots. Place trivet in pressure cooker and place chicken in trivet. Seal cooker bring to pressure. Once pressure is achieved (cook to the directions of your cooker)

Once chicken is done take trivet and chicken out of cooker, set aside to cool.

In stock left in cooker add gnocchi and cook till desired texture is meet. Remove to a bowl.

Bring stock up to a boil, add margarine,chesse and a couple of the carrots. Use a immersion blender to blend the ingredients up. Add flour and bring keep boiling until sauce thickens up.

Add 16 oz of chicken to sauce. Stir it together and turn off heat

Bowl up gnocchi 150 grams with carrots, Add 4 oz of chicken and 1 oz of sauce.
