    Amaranth Grain, 1/4 cup, 4 serving (remove)
    Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand), 4 oz (remove)
    *Olive Oil Flavorite brand pure olive oil, 7 tbsp (remove)
    *Shallots, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *green swiss chard, 500 gram(s) (remove)
    *sorrel, 400 gram(s) (remove)
    *Wine, White Wine, Pinot Gris, 4 oz (remove)
    *Prawns, Organic white 35/45 count, 10 prawn, 400 gram(s) (remove)
    *Garlic, prepared chopped garlic (Canada Garlic Inc), 1 tbsp (remove)


Rinse millet. Drain and heat until mostly dry. Add almonds and 3tbs of olive oil. Add boiling water and simmer 30 minutes. Turn off heat and leave to rest 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and set aside.

Heat skillet over med heat. Add 2tbsp of olive oil. Add shallots and cook till browned. Add chard and sorrel until wilted. Add wine and stock and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes and let liquid reduce.

Transfer greens to large bowl. Add remaining oil to skillet and cook prawns until pink. Add garlic. Add greens and cook 1 minute Taste and season. Serve with millet.
