Ingredients

    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    0.50 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    15 oz Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin - canned
    1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 cup All Purpose Unbleached Flour (by CAMBRIA94)

Directions

Mix pumpkin, applesauce, yogurt, vanilla and egg whites until smooth.

Stir in Cinnamon Plus spice, then stir in sugars - blend until smooth.

Add dry ingredients; mix well.

Pour into 33 greased muffin cups (I use silicon cups; using regular a muffin pan will yield fewer muffins) and back at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
