    2 lg eggs
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 cup natural vanilla ice cream, melted (or any smooth ice cream you like - don't use chunky kinds)
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    dash nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    5 slices bread (healthy life)
    butter for frying 1/2 Tbsp


In a pie plate or shallow bowl, combine the eggs milk, vanilla and melted ice cream. Beat well. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg and beat again. Dip the bread into the mixture. Turn to coat both sides of each slice. Fry the french toast in margarine until the underside is golden brown. Turn and brown the other side. Continue this process until all the bread has been prepared. Makes 5 servings.
