A new twist on Texas Cavier Dip, using Black Beans in place of Black Eyed Peas. Very quick recipe to put together. Best if made the night before serving. Ingredients

    15 oz Can Bush's Black Beans
    11 oz Can Green Giant Mexicorn
    11 oz Can Green Giant Chipotle White Corn
    10 oz can Original Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    1/2 teas minced garlic
    3-4 scallions, chopped, incl greens
    1/2 C Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions

Drain beans, corn and tomatoes. Add first 6 ingred in large bowl. Add dressing and mix well. Let set at least 1 hr (best if overnight) before serving. Great dip with chips, crackers, or just a spoon. Enjoy!
