    2 cup long grain white rice
    2 cups water
    1tsp garlic powder
    1tsp salt
    1-1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 cup butter
    1 tbsp Parsley finely snipped


combine all ingredients in an 8qt pan, bake at 350 for an hour or until water is soaked up and rice is fluffy. Be sure to stir at least once after butter has melted.

350 degrees , 8 - 1/2 cup servings
