This is a very simple and yummy recipe for cooked celery. This is a very simple and yummy recipe for cooked celery.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 med green pepper, diced
    3 cups celery, diced
    1/2 cup organic chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. Onion (diced or shredded)
    1/2 tsp fresh diced dillweed (or 1 tsp dried)
    1/4-1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
    2 Tbsp Butter


In saucepan combine celery, green pepper, onion, chicken broth, salt, and dill. cover and let simmer 7-10 minutes until celery is tender but slightly crispy. Drain. Serve hot with butter on top.
