A high-protein drink for post-workout recovery. A high-protein drink for post-workout recovery.
Number of Servings: 1

1/2 scoop (16 grams) Whey Protein Powder *
1-6oz carton Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1/4 c nonfat milk
    1/2 banana**

*I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey Protein Powder
**I recommend slicing the banana up and freezing it first, as it makes the drink more like a thick milkshake. Make sure to place the banana slices on a flat surface to prevent sticking.

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend till smooth and serve immediately.

Number of Servings: 1
