Number of Servings: 1


    1 lb of baby carrots or sliced carrots
    1 T of brown sugar
    1 5 sec spray of Pam Cooking Spray
    salt and pepper dash of each to coat carrots


Pre heat oven (or toaster oven) to 400F.
Spread the carrots (sliced or the baby ones)on a small cooking sheet, covered with foil.
Spray for one portion of spray (about 5 seconds) over all the carrots, add salt and pepper and shake to distribute.
Bake in 400F oven for 20 minutes, check for doneness. If cooked through, remove from heat and sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over and shake again to distribute.
Serve, hot or cold.

  • They were easy to make, and delicious. They took longer to cook for me, so I finally set them on broil for 10 minutes (the rest of dinner was ready). 2 of my 3 kids really liked them, too. - 5/18/10

  • These are really good. I don't think I sprayed enough cooking spray on them and it took me longer to bake them and I even had carrots chopped up and not the baby carrots. My 3 year old son kept saying these are really good! I will definitely make them again. - 9/17/08
