Ingredients

    2 cups dates, pitted and chopped
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup coconut

Directions

In a saucepan, add dates plus 1/2 cup water. Stir and mush dates. Add more water if required. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Drop about 2 tsp Date into coconut. Roll into balls.

Quick easy dessert. Healthy and gluten free :)
