Ingredients

3 C Oat Cluster Cheerios - lightly crushed
1/4 C toasted blanched almond slivers
1/3 C Light Agave Syrup
1/4 C Twin Brown Sugar substitute
1 C dried apple slices, roughly chopped
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 C Peanut Butter, creamy
Directions
Butter or spray bottom and sides of 8 x8 square pan. Place cereal in a plastic bag, seal and lightly crush with rolling pin or slightly crush in food processor.
Toast almonds in dry fry pan, watch closely so they don't burn.
In 3 qt. saucepan heat agave syrup, brown sugar substitute, apples, and cinnamon just to boiling over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Add cereal and almonds to mixture and stir until evenly coated. Press mixture into pan with back of wooden spoon, or hands wet with cold water. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. For12 bars, cut 3 rows by 4 rows. Store covered at room temperature.
Makes 12 bars. Serving size is 1 bar.
