    Butter, salted, 0.5 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.5 cup
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 0.375 cup, packed
    *Sucanat, 0.75 cup
    *Peanut Butter, natural chunk style, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Wheat flour, all-purpose, 1 cup
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1 cup
    Oatmeal, large flake (not instant), 0.75 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix butter, both sugars, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a smaller bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, All-bran, oats, baking soda and cocoa powder.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
5. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto a Pam butter-flavoured sprayed cookie sheet.
6. Place in oven and watch carefully. My friend made these and they were ready in 12 minutes, while mine were ready at 14. Don't overcook! Remove to rack when cool.
