Number of Servings: 12


    12 large eggs
    2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
    2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
    6 tablespoons Best Food's Olive Oil Mayonnaise
    1/4 teaspoon Morton Nature's Seasons seasoning blend


Place fresh eggs in large pot and cover with cold water. Bring just to a boil over high heat. Immediately turn heat to low and cover pot. Heat on low for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the red onion and bell pepper and place in a medium mixing bowl. When the eggs are done, rinse immediately in cold water. Remove shells and cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in bowl with onion and peppers. Sprinkle with Nature's Seasons. Smash the yolks and mix ingredients together well, using the back of a fork. Add the mayonnaise and stir to blend. Pipe or spoon into the whites. Makes 24 half eggs or 12 whole eggs.
