    1 cup dry Red Quinoa
    3 tbsp lime juice
    1/2 cup dried cranberries


1. Cook quinoa according to package directions (cooking instructions may vary)
2. Once quinoa is cooked, add 3 tbsp lime juice while still warm
3. Stir in dried cranberries
4. Allow to cool, chill in fridge, serve cold
Makes approximately 4, 1-cup servings.
