    1.5 lbs Thin cut milanesa style steak
    1 pack mushrooms chopped
    1 head broccoli chopped
    2 carrots shredded
    1 onion sliced thin
    1clove garlic minced
    .5 cup marsala wine
    1 cup vegetable broth
    4 Tbsp E.V.O.O
    salt and pepper
    Fresh rosemary and thyme


Start water for pasta and cook according to package directions.
Chop all the veggies and set aside
Cut the beef into thin strips and toss in flour
In a heavy skillet over medium heat add 2 Tbsp of the Olive Oil and sautee the veggies until tender crisp
remove from skillet and set aside Chop rosemary and thyme and add to veggies.
Add the remaining oil to skillet and sautee beef until almost done, add the marsala wine and deglaze the pan.
Add the broth, w. sauce, salt, and pepper let cook down while the pasta cooks.
Drain pasta, put back in the pot add the veggies then the beef mixture toss to coat adjust seasoning to taste.
