Ingredients

Angelfood Cake, Sugar-Free (Hill&Valley Brand), 1 serving = 1/6th of the baking pan
Dannon, Light & Fit, Strawberry, 1/3 of a 4 oz serving
Smuckers Sugar Free Jelly-Strawberry, 2 tbsp
Banana, fresh, 1/2 of small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Chocolate sauce, appx. 1 tbsp (see instructions in recipe)
Cool Whip whipped topping, 2 tbsp

Directions

Place piece of angelfood cake on plate. (Cut in cubes if desired.)

Pour yogurt over cake so it covers piece nicely.

In a microwave-safe bowl, put 2 tbsp strawberry sugar-free jam with a few drops of water to create a sauce (microwave only a few seconds, just enough for it to become liquid). Pour mixture over yogurt.

Cut banana into chunks and put them over cake slice (with the yogurt and strawb. sauces).

In a small mixing dish, place 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp splenda and 1 tbsp milk; mix until smooth and creamy. Pour 1 tbsp over cake slice.

Top off with 2 tbsps cool whip (can use lite version for fewer calories).

    Incredible!
Oh-Em-Gee - this was so good and light. Instead of chocolate sauce I used a fat free choc pudding to blend into this mix. Yummy! - 2/13/11
