    1 medium onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 egg
    1/4 C oats
    3 T ketchup
    1/4 C parsley & herbs
    1/4 C parmesan cheese
    1 lb package ground turkey
    Pam - 3 seconds worth of spray

    1 lb pasta
    1 jar sauce


Combine everything except turkey, pasta, and sauce in a large bowl and mix well.

Add turkey and gently mix.

Take a small bit and fry off, taste and check for seasoning. When satisfied, shape into 24 meatballs. Let them sit for a few minutes as they will hold their shape better.

Fry off, 8 at a time, in a skillet sprayed with Pam. Brown on all sides and cook through. When finished, place into a sheet tray and freeze. When solid, put into a zip top bag and store in freezer.

Start water for pasta. While it is coming to a boil, place frozen meatballs in a saucepan with the whole jar of sauce. Place over low heat and let cook.

When water boils, cook pasta according to package directions.

When pasta is done, drain and serve with meatballs and sauce.

Makes 8 Servings - 2oz pasta, 1/2 C sauce, 3 meatballs.
