    4oz ground turkey
    15oz diced tomatoes
    15oz black beans (rinsed)
    package of steam fresh southwestern corn (4 servings)
    1 tbls chili powder
    .5 tbls cumin
    .5 teas pepper

    chipolte hot sauce to taste


brown turkey in olive oil
mix in all ingredients
bring to a boil

top with hot sauce and or cheese if desired.

makes 4 1 cup servings
