    2 lb Lean Ground Beef
    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1 c. Quick Oats
    1 c. Wheat Germ
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Heinz Hot/Spicy Ketchup
    1/4 c. BBQ Sauce
    1/2 T. Minced Garlic
    1/4 c. Dehydrated Onion
    1 T. Yellow Mustard
    1 T. BBQ Sauce


Combine all ingredients (except 1 T. BBQ sauce) in a large bowl. Press into a 8 x 8 glass baking pan. Create a hole in the middle, then baste top of meatloaf with remaining BBQ sauce. Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes, or until meat is cooked completely through. Serve hot. Makes 16 servings.
