Number of Servings: 5


    2 cups of shredded fresh zucchini
    1 extra large egg
    1 cup of plain bread crumbs (could use seasoned, but there is already lots of sodium in the recipe)
    1 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
    1/4 cup of chopped/diced yellow onion
    1 tbsp of mayo (I prefer Miracle Whip)


Mash up all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl (just mush it with your hands works best).

Form into 5 patties.

Heat some olive oil in a skillet and pan fry until golden brown (and they are cooked through....there is egg, remember).
