Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 package Lite Life Smart Ground Original flavor
1 jar ("serves 6") garden vegetable or other low-fat primavera spaghetti sauce
Directions
The sauce makes 4 generous servings, or 6 if you have salad and bread on the side.
Saute 1 chopped medium onion in a medium, non-stick saucepan.
Stir in 1 package of Lite Life Smart Ground Original flavor (it's a textured soy that has a browned ground beef look & feel).
Pour in 1 jar of garden vegetable or other low-fat primavera spaghetti sauce (one that "serves 6") or add your own chopped veggies when you saute the onion.
While you assemble the sauce, boil water and cook pasta of your choice.
You can leave out the onions if you don't like them.
