Ingredients

    12 MEDIUM PEARS, 3 LBS AFTER PEELED AND CHOPPED
    4 TBSP AGAVE NECTAR
    1/4 CUP HONEY
    2 TSP ALLSPICE
    1 TSP CINNAMON

Directions

PEEL THE PEARS AND CHOP INTO VERY SMALL PIECES.
PLACE IN CROCKPOT AND ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS.STIR AND COVER. COOK ON LOW SETTING. DO NOT TAKE LID OFF THE CROCKPOT FOR THE FIRST 3 HOURS. AFTER 3 HOURS STIR AND CONTINUE COOKING ANOTHER 11/2 HOUR OR UNTIL DONE.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE CONSISTENCY SMOOTHER, MASH WITH A POTATO MASHER OR PUT IN BLENDER IF YOU LIKE IT REALLY SMOOTH.

THIS RECIPE YIELDS 54 SERVINGS OF 1 TBSP EACH.
