    3 large potatoes
    1/4 cup chopped raw onion
    3/4 cup chopped green pepper
    2 cups Kraft 2% cheddar shredded cheese
    6 large eggs
    1/2 cup Jiffy Baking Mix
    2 fl oz 1% Milk
    I cup chopped tomatoes


Cut up raw potatoes put them at the bottom of a 12 x 8 glass pan. Mix Eggs, Veggies (minus the tomatoes), Jiffy Mix, Milk together. The pour this mixture over the potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 45-55 minutes.

Add fresh raw tomatoes on top, after dish is done cooking.
