Ingredients

    2 tbsp extra light olive oil, divided
    1 c chopped onion
    1 lb boneless pork chops, trimmed
    1 can Campbell's fat free Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup
    1 c fat free milk

Directions

-Brown onion in large saucepan with 1 tbsp olive oil.
-Add pork chops (avg 3 oz/svg) & remaining olive oil; brown on each side
-Mix remaining ingredients & bring to simmer
-Cook, covered, on low for 30 minutes
-Goes well w/brown rice as a side dish
