    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Peanuts, dry-roasted, .25 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Natural Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)


Cook the chicken in the oil until brown on both sides. Remove the chicken. Leave some chicken drippings in the pan and cook the onion until it's tender. Reduce heat. Stir in peanut butter, chili sauce, and cayenne pepper. Gradually stir in water until the peanut butter is melted. Add chicken. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve on rice. Sprinkle with peanuts and red bell peppers.
