Ingredients

    [Ingredients: rice, carrots, garlic, spinach, chorizo, egg, oil, soy sauce] {Add black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder to taste}

Directions

Use cooked white rice (ideally leftover) that has been in the fridge a few hours - allows it to dry out. Put the oil in the pan and cook the chorizo until almost done. Add garlic, saute. Add soy sauce, vinegar, seasonings and carrots until slightly cooked, then add the rice and scrambled egg. Finish with the spinach and serve with sri racha.
